FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for State Enforcement Notifications
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on proposed changes to its reporting requirements for State enforcement notifications, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and invites comments within 60 days.
