Medicare Program Updates for 2012: End-Stage Renal Disease, Ambulance Fees, and Durable Medical Equipment

The Medicare program is updating its End-Stage Renal Disease prospective payment system for 2012, while also revising ambulance fee schedules and durable medical equipment regulations to align with statutory changes.
