HHS to Evaluate Petition for Sandia National Laboratory Employees
The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced its decision to evaluate a petition to include employees from Sandia National Laboratory in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, which covers workers who worked at the facility from 1963 to 2011.
