FDIC Proposes Guidelines for Corporate Governance and Risk Management for Large Banks

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has published a proposal to establish guidelines for corporate governance and risk management for banks with $10 billion or more in total consolidated assets, with a comment period extension until February 9, 2024.
