FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Medication Guide Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on proposed regulations requiring the distribution of Medication Guides for certain prescription drug products that pose a significant public health risk. The FDA must publish this notice under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and allow 60 days for public feedback.
