AHRQ Accepts Voluntary Relinquishment of HSMS Patient Safety Organization Status

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has accepted a notification from the HSMS Patient Safety Organization (PSO) of its voluntary relinquishment of its status as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO), as mandated by the Patient Safety Act of 2005.
