HHS Establishes New System of Records for ONC Health IT Dashboard

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is creating a new system of records, the ONC Health IT Dashboard, to track and evaluate the effectiveness of health IT grants to states and designated entities, with the goal of improving grant performance and making data publicly available.
