U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Comments on Proposed Habitat Conservation Plan for California Tiger Salamander

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comments on a proposed 10-year incidental take permit for the Central California Distinct Population Segment of the California tiger salamander, which would implement a conservation program to minimize and mitigate project activities.
