U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Amend Incidental Take Permit for San Diego Subarea Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service plans to modify the Multiple Species Conservation Program County of San Diego Subarea Plan boundary to add 210 acres of land for conservation purposes, following a request from the County of San Diego, and will open a public comment period.
