Commercial Wind Lease Issuance and Site Assessment Activities on the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf Offshore Rhode Island and Massachusetts

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has released an environmental assessment (EA) for issuing renewable energy leases and site assessment activities on the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The EA is now available for public review and comments on the BOEM website.
