U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to List Maytenus cymosa as Endangered or Threatened

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has completed a 90-day review of a petition to list the Caribbean mayten tree, Maytenus cymosa, under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and has determined that the petition lacks sufficient information to warrant listing the species.
