City of Phoenix Seeks 50-Year Permit to Minimize Impact on Endangered Species at Tres Rios Project

The City of Phoenix has submitted a permit application to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a 50-year permit to allow for incidental take of endangered species at the Tres Rios Project, with the goal of returning to baseline conditions.
