U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Designates Critical Habitat for Endangered Plants

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has designated critical habitat for the endangered Ipomopsis polyantha, threatened Penstemon debilis, and threatened Phacelia submutica under the Endangered Species Act to conserve these plant species and their habitats.
