Bureau of Land Management Temporarily Closes Public Lands Near Burning Man Event
The Bureau of Land Management Winnemucca District Black Rock Field Office will temporarily close public lands and restrict specific uses to protect public safety and resources near the Burning Man event on the Black Rock Desert playa, effective under the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
