Final Environmental Impact Statement Released for Susquehanna to Roseland 500-kV Transmission Line Project

The National Park Service has released a Final Environmental Impact Statement (Final EIS) for a proposed 500-kilovolt transmission line that will pass through the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, and Middle Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River. The EIS analyzes six alternatives for the transmission line and will inform the decision on granting or denying construction and Right-of- Way permits.
