Migratory Bird Subsistence Harvest in Alaska; Harvest Regulations for Migratory Birds in Alaska During the 2013 Season

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes migratory bird subsistence harvest regulations in Alaska for the 2013 season, enabling customary subsistence uses and prescribing regional harvesting information. The proposed regulations, developed through co-management with the Alaska Department of Fish and Game and Alaska Native representatives, would take effect on April 2, 2013, and expire on August 31, 2013.
