NIGC Delays Class II Minimum Internal Control Standards Rule and Suspends Regulations

The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) has delayed the effective date of a Class II Minimum Internal Control Standards rule, originally set for October 10, 2008, and suspended related regulations.
