Alaska Files Application for Recordable Disclaimer of Interest in Kisaralik River System Lands
The State of Alaska has submitted a request to the Bureau of Land Management to formally disclaim any interest in the submerged lands underlying the Kisaralik River System, which it asserts were navigable and unreserved at the time of statehood in 1959.
