OSM Announces Proposed Information Collection for Contractor Eligibility

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection request related to contractor eligibility and Abandoned Mine Land Contractor Information Forms, following a previously approved clearance number 1029-0119.
