U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Designates Revised Critical Habitat for Northern Spotted Owl

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has designated approximately 9,577,969 acres of critical habitat in California, Oregon, and Washington for the northern spotted owl under the Endangered Species Act, building on previously designated areas.
