New Guidelines for Oil, Gas, and Potash Leasing and Development in New Mexico

The U.S. Department of the Interior has issued Secretary's Order 3324, which revises and supersedes an earlier order from 1986, providing new procedures for the co-development of oil, gas, and potash deposits in the Designated Potash Area of Eddy and Lea Counties, NM, through safe and concurrent operations.
