Yellowstone National Park to Retain Winter Regulations for 2012-2013 Season

The National Park Service has implemented a rule governing winter visitation and recreational activities in Yellowstone National Park for the 2012-2013 winter season, retaining existing regulations that limit snowmobile and snowcoach usage and require commercial guides.
