Establishment of Interim Final Supplementary Rules for Public Lands Managed by the Carrizo Plain National Monument in Kern and San Luis Obispo Counties, CA

The California State Director for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is establishing interim final supplementary rules for public lands within the Carrizo Plain National Monument in Kern and San Luis Obispo Counties, California, to promote the health and sustainability of the Monument and mitigate ecological risks. The rules will be published in the Federal Register and open to public comments.
