Bureau of Land Management to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for New Herbicides on Public Lands in 17 Western States

The Bureau of Land Management is announcing its intention to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to evaluate the use of three new herbicides on public lands in 17 Western States, following the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
