The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, 'Request for COVID-19 Vaccine Status and Proof of Vaccination', as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
