EPA and NHTSA Finalize Rules for Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Heavy-Duty Vehicles

The US Department of Transportation's EPA and NHTSA have finalized rules to establish a national program aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and fuel consumption from on-road heavy-duty vehicles, in response to the President's directive in 2010 to develop cleaner vehicles.
