Agency Announces Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review for Paperwork Reduction Act Compliance

The agency is notifying the public that it has submitted an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and comment, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, following the publication of a Federal Register Notice on June 16, 2011.
