US EPA Publishes Revised Fuel Efficiency Standards for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Engines and Vehicles

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released updated regulations for fuel efficiency standards of medium- and heavy-duty engines and vehicles, following corrections to the final rule published in 2011, as mandated by the Energy Independence and Security Act.
