Sound Transit and the Federal Transit Administration plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed light rail extension from Seattle to Lynnwood, Washington, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and Washington's State Environmental Policy Act, and invite public comments on the project's scope.
