FRA Issues Safety Advisory to Remind Railroads of Importance of Following Procedures When Going Between Rolling Equipment

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is issuing a safety advisory to railroads and their employees to emphasize the need to follow established procedures when transitioning between different types of rolling equipment, in order to prevent potential safety hazards and ensure effective implementation of safety policies and procedures.
