Notice of Delays in Processing of Special Permits Applications

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is publishing a list of special permit applications that have been pending for 180 days or more, as required by 49 U.S.C. 5117(c). The agency will provide the reason for delay and expected completion date for each application.
