OCC Seeks Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Complex Structured Finance Transactions
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of an information collection titled 'Interagency Statement on Complex Structured Finance Transactions' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
