Request for Administrative Waiver of U.S.-Build Requirement for Vessel REEL ATTITUDE

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request for a waiver of the U.S.-build requirement for the vessel REEL ATTITUDE, which would allow the vessel to operate under certain circumstances as authorized by 46 U.S.C. 12121.
