Federal Agency Must Obtain OMB Approval Before Collecting Public Information
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking renewed approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its Tire Identification and Recordkeeping collection, which requires public comment under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
