Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Requests Comments on Real Estate Lending and Appraisals Information Collection
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, 'Real Estate Lending and Appraisals,' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and is soliciting comments on the proposed renewal.
