DOT/ALL 23--Information Sharing Environment (ISE) Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Initiative System of Records Exemption from Privacy Act Provisions

The Department of Transportation is issuing a final rule to exempt certain portions of its new system of records from the Privacy Act, citing criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements. The exemption applies to the DOT/ALL 23--Information Sharing Environment (ISE) Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Initiative System of Records.
