OCC Seeks Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Diversity Standards

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, titled 'Joint Standards for Assessing the Diversity Policies and Practices of Entities Regulated by the Agencies and Diversity Self-Assessment Template for OCC-Regulated Entities,' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC has submitted the information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by law.
