Availability of Up to $25 Million for Payments to Eligible Advanced Biofuel Producers

The Notice of Contract Proposals announces the availability of up to $25 million to make payments to advanced biofuel producers for the production of eligible advanced biofuels in Fiscal Year 2012. The funding is subject to the limitations imposed by the fiscal year 2012 Appropriations Act, which restricts the total amount to $65 million.
