USDA Solicits Comments on Proposed Revision to Cauliflower Standards

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking public input on a proposed revision to the US standards for grading cauliflower, which would allow for certification of all colors of cauliflower and permit mixed color packs and smaller heads.
