National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods to Hold Public Meeting

The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) will hold a public meeting on March 28, 2012, to discuss food safety questions from the USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service regarding ground beef purchases for the Federal Food and Nutrition Assistance Programs.
