USDA Announces Fee Schedule for Export Food Aid Commodities Licensing Agreement Under the United States Warehouse Act

The Farm Service Agency (FSA) has released a fee schedule for the new Export Food Aid Commodities (EFAC) licensing agreement, which is part of the United States Warehouse Act (USWA). The agreement allows for the storage of agricultural products such as corn, soy blend, vegetable oil, and pulses, and requires warehouse operators to pay user fees to cover program administration costs.
