Commodity Credit Corporation Invites Proposals for Market Access Program

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) is soliciting proposals for the 2013 Market Access Program (MAP), which is set to expire at the end of fiscal year 2012, and may be reauthorized to allow early awards in fiscal year 2013.
