USDA Announces Community Connect Grant Program Application Deadlines and Funding Levels for FY 2012

The United States Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service is opening the application window for the Community Connect Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2012, and also releasing minimum and maximum funding levels for the program.
