USDA Proposes Amendments to Biobased Product Guidelines for Federal Procurement

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to expand the categories of biobased products eligible for federal procurement preference, adding 12 new categories and setting minimum biobased content requirements for each.
