Agricultural Marketing Service Proposes Amendments to Cotton Board Rules and Regulations

The Agricultural Marketing Service is proposing changes to the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to align supplemental assessments on imported cotton with those on domestically produced cotton, and to update Harmonized Tariff Schedule reporting numbers.
