US Amends Plant Importation Regulations for Dracaena Plants from Costa Rica

The US is updating its regulations to allow for the importation of Dracaena plants from Costa Rica, with conditions including integrated pest management measures and phytosanitary certificates, to plants less than 460 mm in length, previously prohibited, and up to 1,371.6 mm in length, previously restricted.
