Avocados Grown in South Florida; Decreased Assessment Rate

The Avocado Administrative Committee has lowered the assessment rate for Florida avocados from $0.37 to $0.25 per 55-pound container, effective for the 2012-13 fiscal period and beyond, to fund the marketing program for avocados grown in South Florida.
