The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has prepared a finding of no significant impact and a preliminary decision regarding Bayer CropScience LP's request to extend the nonregulated status of genetically engineered cotton event T303-3, which has herbicide tolerance and insect resistance, for TwinLink TM cotton event T304-40.
