Bayer CropScience LP Petition for Nonregulated Status of Genetically Engineered Soybean

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has received a petition from Bayer CropScience LP to determine the nonregulated status of a genetically engineered soybean resistant to glyphosate and isoxaflutole herbicides. The public is invited to comment on the potential plant pest risk of this soybean.
