Dow AgroSciences LLC Seeks Nonregulated Status for Genetically Engineered Soybean

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is soliciting public comments on a petition from Dow AgroSciences LLC to determine if a genetically engineered soybean is likely to pose a plant pest risk, and has made available the petition, plant pest risk assessment, and environmental assessment for public review.
